Packaging
To ensure your artwork reaches you in pristine condition, your order will be carefully packaged. Smaller prints are shipped in protective, cardboard-reinforced envelopes, while larger prints are sent in durable postal tubes.
Returns Policy
Please note that all artwork purchased on our site is final. Due to the delicate nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We kindly ask that you review the product description and specifications thoroughly before completing your purchase.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@formesillum.com with a photo of the damaged item and your order number so we can assist you.
